A video circulating on social media shows a driver performing dangerous maneuvers on a busy road in Tashkent, endangering other road users.

The driver was identified as a 17-year-old boy. According to his statement, he rented a Monza car and drove recklessly out of curiosity.

“I performed dangerous stunts on Bunyodkor Street. Then I repeated the same maneuvers in Mirzo Ulugbek district — on Mirzo Ulugbek Street, heading towards TTZ and Kokbazar. The same day, after the video was published, I was immediately found. I had no documents for the car, and I don’t have a driver’s license either,” the violator said.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against the driver under Article 128-10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Uzbekistan (Road Hooliganism). The sanction provides for a fine of 25 times the base calculation value and deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 1 to 2 years.

The car was impounded and placed in a penalty parking lot.
