The Tashkent City Council of People's Deputies has decided to allocate 21.48 billion soums from additional sources of the local budget.

Of this amount, 11.95 billion soums will be used to purchase seasonal flowers and ornamental shrubs for central and major streets. Another 2.15 billion soums will go to the central squares landscaping department, and 900 million soums to the department responsible for improving the territories of state facilities.

An additional 3.8 billion soums will be allocated for the work of the department for improvement and landscaping of significant streets. These funds will be financed from the超额 execution of the budget revenue plan for the second quarter.

Part of the funds will be directed to the social sphere. Specifically, 248 million soums will be allocated for the purchase of equipment for the Tashkent Technical School of Tourism and Hotel Management, and 40.4 million soums to strengthen the material and technical base of the city branch of the Public Fund under the Oliy Majlis.

Another 2.39 billion soums will be directed to the capital repair of the building and interior premises of the 'Bilim' information and library center.
