Starting August 1, Uzbekistan's civil courts will see the introduction of judges specialized in labor disputes. These judges will operate in the Supreme Court, as well as in courts of Karakalpakstan, regions, and Tashkent city.

The process of retrieving vehicles from impound lots will be digitized. Permits will be issued electronically with QR codes, as per a Cabinet of Ministers resolution from July 2.

From August 1, 2026, to January 1, 2028, hunting of rare and endangered wild animals is banned. Hunters will be offered alternative training at shooting ranges.

A reward system is introduced for individuals reporting violations of industrial, radiation, and nuclear safety rules. Informants will receive a portion of the collected fines.

From August 5, fines for burning waste, tires, rubber, and other non-fuel materials come into effect. Individuals face fines up to 10.3 million soms, while officials may be fined up to 20.6 million soms.

Under the trade-in program, individuals and entities trading in old vehicles will receive compensation for part of the interest on auto loans for new vehicles. This is part of the 'Clean Air' national project.

State archives will be fully digitized. Deputies will have expanded opportunities to declare additional projects as winners in the initiative budgeting process.

A customer orientation index for tax authorities is introduced. The limit for withdrawing foreign cash from banks without identification is raised to $500 USD.

New financial support mechanisms for fisheries are introduced, including subsidies for solar panels, aerators, and import of breeding fish stock.

From August 1, natural gas supply to greenhouses in Tashkent city and several districts is halted. Water usage tax is charged at 5 times the maximum industrial rate.

Turkish airline SunExpress begins regular flights on the Izmir–Tashkent–Izmir route from August 1. UAE's Etihad Airways starts regular flights to Uzbekistan from August 10.
