According to a decision by the administrative affairs court of the Tashkent City Criminal Court, 19-year-old athlete Solihjon Ibragimov was found guilty of distributing materials that promote pressure and violence via the internet. The newspaper reviewed the court document.
It states that on July 26, 2026, citizen Irina Matviyenko appealed to internal affairs bodies, reporting that the athlete had posted a video promoting violence on his Instagram page “wr.salaxx” and requested legal action.
Investigation revealed that Solihjon Ibragimov left a comment under a training video: “I’m training so that my wife can only receive clear blows in the future,” thereby distributing a product promoting pressure and violence online.
During the court session, Ibragimov pleaded guilty, expressed remorse, and asked for leniency.
The court found his actions to contain elements of Article 189−1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Preparation, import, distribution, advertising, demonstration of products promoting pressure, violence or cruelty) and imposed a fine of 60 times the base calculation value — 24 million 720 thousand soums.
Additionally, according to the decision, the iPhone 15 Pro Max mobile phone used in committing the offense was confiscated to the state. The decision may be appealed in accordance with established procedure.
