In the Yangihayot district of Tashkent, the supply of natural gas will be temporarily suspended on August 20. This was reported by Podrobno.uz.

The restriction will affect 165 private houses and three wholesale consumers. Gas supply will be cut off from 10:00 to 17:00 in the Chortok mahalla on Chortok-ok Street.

This is due to repair work on the above-ground medium-pressure gas pipeline. After the work is completed, gas supply will be gradually restored in compliance with safety requirements.

Earlier it was reported that enterprises in Uzbekistan that pay their energy bills on time will have their mandatory advance payment for electricity and natural gas reduced from 100% to 15%. This concession will be available to companies connected to the automated accounting systems ASKUE and ASKUG.
