A new high-speed train manufactured in China has arrived in Andijan, according to the press service of the regional administration.

The train is currently operating in test mode. It can carry 415 passengers and reach speeds of up to 160 km/h.

Once regular service is launched, the train is expected to cover the distance between Tashkent and Andijan in approximately three hours.

The administration emphasized that the introduction of the high-speed train will increase mobility between regions and provide comfortable travel for the population.
