The President of Uzbekistan has signed a decree "On additional measures to introduce modern services in the field of state pension provision." According to the document, starting January 1, 2027, the online service "My Pension" will offer the ability to determine the amount of the assigned pension. This will allow citizens to calculate their future payments in advance.

In addition, citizens will be able to obtain information about the periods counted toward their pension as labor experience. These include employment, full-time study at higher educational institutions, and military service. The service will also allow users to send electronic requests to state archives to obtain information about wages and employment history.

Another new function will be early notification of citizens who have one year left until retirement age. This will help people prepare documents in a timely manner and avoid delays in processing their pensions.

Furthermore, from January 1, 2027, the Pension Fund will stop accepting documents and information from citizens in paper form. In general, by the beginning of 2027, the Pension Fund's services are planned to be fully transferred to interactive and proactive formats.

In particular, the following pension services will be provided proactively (without the need for a separate application by citizens): from November 1, 2026 – assignment of old-age pension two years earlier than the generally established age for persons recognized as unemployed due to a reduction in work volume or liquidation of an enterprise; from January 1, 2027 – assignment of survivor's pension.
