The profile of Kakhramonjon Olimov, a shareholder in Uzbekistan's digital lender Anorbank, has been removed from the public database of wanted persons maintained by Interpol. A standard search across the international police organization's public registry now yields zero records under his name.
As of October 15, any traces of Olimov's red notice or public listing appear to have been withdrawn from the site. Neither Interpol nor representatives of the businessman have yet issued an official statement clarifying whether the international warrant was canceled, settled, or restricted from public access.
Olimov's addition to the Interpol wanted list initially came to light in September, following reports by investigative outlet The Insider. The publication suggested that the criminal charges were connected to the alleged organization of a kidnapping, though official law enforcement authorities have maintained complete silence regarding the specifics of the investigation.
