According to the press service of the Tashkent city administration, Abdulkhakov Abdulaziz Akhatovich has been officially approved as the new hokim (head) of the Yashnabad district in the capital. This appointment marks another administrative reshuffle within the city's governance structure.

Biographical details indicate that Abdulaziz Abdulkhakov was born in Tashkent in 1980. He pursued his higher education at the Tashkent State Technical University, graduating in 2006 with a technical degree.

Prior to assuming his mayoral duties, he purportedly served as the director of the social facilities construction department at 'UET Construction' LLC in Tashkent starting from 2025, gaining experience in urban development and construction management.

In taking over this position, Abdulkhakov replaced Bakhtiyor Rakhmankulov, who had been serving as the hokim of the Yashnabad district since August 2020. The local authorities expect the new leadership to address ongoing administrative and municipal challenges in the district.
