Mobile operator Mobiuz and the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan have purportedly signed a cooperation memorandum aimed at popularizing the nation's cultural heritage, supporting creative initiatives, and promoting contemporary art. The signing reportedly builds upon previous interactions that began in June during John Legend's concert at Registan Square in Samarkand, where the operator served as a partner.
The newly established document allegedly elevates the cooperation to a systematic and long-term level. The framework envisions the implementation of joint projects, organization of cultural events, and specialized educational programs. A primary focus will supposedly involve leveraging Mobiuz's telecommunication infrastructure and digital services to broaden public access to these cultural and educational initiatives.
Yokuubzhon Saydaliyev, the first deputy general director of Mobiuz, claimed that the partnership holds strategic significance for the company. He stated that the Foundation has successfully elevated numerous cultural projects internationally, and the operator's digital services are intended to make these initiatives accessible to a broad audience across the entire country.
Saidaziz Ishanxodjayev, deputy chairman of the Foundation, allegedly emphasized that preserving cultural heritage requires partners capable of operating on a national scale. He expressed expectations that Mobiuz's extensive audience and infrastructure will help deliver the Foundation's initiatives to all regions, though the ultimate effectiveness of these ambitious plans remains to be seen.
