A staff member at the Brasserie Park restaurant in Tashkent has faced legal consequences following a heated and aggressive confrontation with a 17-year-old food delivery courier. The disturbing footage, which captured the adult employee aggressively shouting at the minor, quickly circulated across social media platforms, drawing sharp criticism from local residents and public figures alike.

The altercation reportedly took place on October 17 near the Central Department Store (TsUM) located within the Mirabad district. The underage courier was riding his scooter along a pedestrian walkway situated adjacent to the restaurant's outdoor terrace. Rather than addressing the situation with a polite remark, a 36-year-old employee of the establishment chose to confront the teenager with profanity and verbal abuse.

Following the online spread of the eyewitness video, the Tashkent Internal Affairs Department (GUVD) intervened to investigate the matter. Law enforcement officers drafted a report against the restaurant worker for petty hooliganism, subsequently transferring the case materials to the Mirabad District Criminal Court. The perpetrator later acknowledged his wrongdoing and offered a public apology to the young delivery worker.

Furthermore, the public fallout prompted municipal authorities to scrutinize the legitimacy of the restaurant's outdoor seating arrangement. Subsequent inspections revealed that the terrace construction had illegally occupied a significant portion of the pedestrian sidewalk without the necessary permits. Consequently, authorities ordered the complete dismantling of the structure on the very same day, restoring full access for pedestrians.
