A vibrant community event recently took place at a prominent residential complex in the capital, bringing together residents, their families, and newcomers. The celebration was centered around the core concept: "Neighbors by the water. Here your mahalla begins," aiming to foster a tight-knit and welcoming local environment.
Held within the complex's courtyard park, the festivities served as an opportunity for residents to connect and establish new neighborhood traditions. Guests enjoyed family photo zones, a dedicated children's mahalla area, interactive activities, and a food street featuring traditional pilaf. The musical program was highlighted by performances from a live band and special guest artist Tahir Sadykov.
The official ceremony commenced with welcoming remarks from Murad Buildings founder Murad Nazarov and CEO Oybek Nurmuhamedov. The opening of the second phase marks a significant milestone in the ongoing development of the Soy Bo'yi project and the expansion of its resident community.
The celebration concluded with a mass community photograph uniting residents from both phases of the development. Organizers emphasized that a truly comfortable living environment relies just as much on human relationships and family gatherings as it does on architecture and landscaping.
