Murad Buildings has organized a festive community event dubbed 'SOY BO‘YI FEST' to mark the official opening of the second phase of the 'Soy Boyi' residential complex. The gathering brought together current residents, their families, and newcomers under the unifying concept of neighborly connection and community building.

The celebration took place in the complex's landscaped courtyard, providing an opportunity for residents to meet, interact, and establish long-standing traditions of good neighborhood relations. Guests enjoyed specially arranged family photo zones, children's play areas, interactive games, and traditional culinary stations featuring classic local dishes.

The festive atmosphere was further enhanced by live performances from a local band and special guest artist Tohir Sodiqov. The formal segment opened with congratulatory speeches by Murad Buildings founder Murad Nazarov and CEO Oybek Nurmuhamedov, highlighting the expansion of the residential community.

The event concluded with a group photograph featuring residents from both the first and second phases. Organizers emphasized that a comfortable living environment extends beyond modern architecture and landscaping, relying fundamentally on warm interpersonal relationships and a true sense of home.
