Talent Day served as the conclusion of the academic stage and purportedly provided graduates with an opportunity to present their knowledge to potential employers, undergo professional tests, and participate in initial interviews. Such initiatives are claimed to help integrate young specialists into the labor market.

Throughout the training process, participants allegedly worked with Python, Git, Web/API, and JSON, studied Data Science, SQL, Pandas, EDA, and the basics of Machine Learning, as well as familiarized themselves with the fundamental principles of information security, data protection, and Anti-Fraud. The course was supposedly aimed at forming a practical technical base for starting a career in IT and fintech.

Participants of Talent Day were selected based on their training results, taking into account three main criteria: academic performance, quality of the final project, and attendance. For each of these, the result allegedly had to be at least 90%.

The graduation program included a Coding Challenge, a specialized quiz, express interviews, and networking with company representatives. More than 20 graduates purportedly passed interviews with potential employers right during the event.
