President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev reportedly inspected the operations of the 'Intil' international language and vocational training center in Tashkent's Uchtepa district on November 2. The facility was established by the Migration Agency under the Cabinet Ministers allegedly to provide free training in foreign languages and high-demand professions tailored to the requirements of foreign employers.

The primary objective of the center is supposedly to integrate all stages of overseas employment preparation into a single location, covering document processing, language acquisition, professional training, examinations, and job placement assistance. Spanning nearly 3.5 hectares, the complex features classrooms for 600 students, practical training facilities for 180 people, an examination center for 120 individuals, and a 400-bed dormitory. Currently, 240 participants are reportedly enrolled in free training and accommodation programs across six international initiatives.

The curriculum includes instruction in eight foreign languages—German, English, Japanese, Korean, Czech, Polish, Italian, and Slovak—with courses lasting from six to ten months and subject to updates based on foreign employer demands. Vocational training covers 12 areas, including healthcare, welding, electrical installation, plumbing, warehouse logistics, construction, and hospitality services.

Specialized simulation rooms have been outfitted to allow students to practice technical skills meeting international standards such as ISO 9606, utilizing equipment allegedly procured from Germany, China, and Russia. The Uzbek leader emphasized the necessity of preparing citizens not merely as technical workers, but for cultural and linguistic adaptation abroad, while instructing officials to replicate the center's model across other regions of the country.
