US President Donald Trump has warned that the United States will target any Iranian trying to reach the country's highly enriched uranium, claiming the nuclear material is under constant surveillance by the US military. In an interview with Full Measure, Trump said the uranium remains buried under rubble of bombed nuclear facilities but is being watched by the Space Force.

“If somebody walked in, they can tell you his name, his address, the number of his badge … If anybody got near the place, we will know about it, and we’ll blow them up,” Trump stated. The uranium stockpile is a key sticking point in ceasefire negotiations between Washington and Tehran.

The US regime demands Iran transfer the uranium abroad and shut down its nuclear program, but Tehran insists on its right to domestic enrichment. Iran is estimated to hold over 400 kg of uranium enriched to 60% purity, which could be further enriched to weapons-grade 90%.

Last month, Trump allegedly claimed Iran agreed to let the US retrieve the uranium, but Tehran quickly denied this. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said, “Enriched uranium is as sacred to us as Iranian soil and will not be transferred anywhere under any circumstances.”

Trump withdrew from the 2015 JCPOA nuclear deal in 2018 and reimposed sanctions, prompting Iran to exceed enrichment limits. The ongoing US-Israel war on Iran has driven US gasoline prices above $4.50 per gallon due to supply disruptions from the Hormuz blockade.

Despite a truce last month, skirmishes continue. Trump said the war is not over, reiterating that Iran is “defeated” but adding, “We could go in for two more weeks and do every single target.” Iran has reportedly delivered its response to the latest US proposal via Pakistan.
