Pakistan women's cricket captain Fatima Sana shattered the world record for the fastest half-century in T20 internationals, reaching 50 runs off just 15 balls against Zimbabwe.
Playing at the National Stadium in Karachi, the all-rounder smashed 62 runs off 19 deliveries, including 10 fours and 2 sixes, at a strike rate of 326. Pakistan won by 133 runs, sealing the series 3-0.
The previous record of 18 balls was jointly held by Sophie Devine (New Zealand), Phoebe Litchfield (Australia), and Richa Ghosh (India).
Sana attacked from the outset, scoring a boundary off the first ball. Pakistan posted 223-4 in 20 overs, while Zimbabwe were bowled out for 90 in 17.1 overs.
The 24-year-old, named Player of the Match, has been Pakistan's standout performer, improving her batting since taking over as captain. She also scored two ODI half-centuries against South Africa.
