Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak has pledged to reveal all details of the club's battle with Premier League authorities once a verdict is reached on the 115 financial charges against the club.

City was charged in 2023 with 115 alleged breaches of the Premier League's financial rules, covering a nine-year period from 2009 to 2018. The club also faces charges for failing to cooperate with the investigation.

Despite an independent commission hearing a year and a half ago, the case remains unresolved. City denies any wrongdoing. Khaldoon stated: "Until we have a ruling, I can't say much. Once we have a ruling, believe me, we're going to have a wonderful sit down together and I'll say everything I've wanted to say for the last three years."

Since the 2008 takeover by Abu Dhabi-based owners, City has won eight Premier League titles, the Champions League, four FA Cups, and seven League Cups. The club's valuation has soared, with Khaldoon valuing City Football Group at around $10 billion.

Khaldoon confirmed that owner Sheikh Mansour has no intention of selling: "Sheikh Mansour sees it as a long-term investment. If you were to sell today, you wouldn't get less than $10 billion. There's only intention to keep growing this business."
