Starting June 22, Vietnam will require all foreign citizens to complete mandatory electronic registration (Pre-Arrival Information) before entering the country.
The Pre-Arrival Information (PAI) is an online form available on the government portal prearrival.immigration.gov.vn. Travelers must fill it out no earlier than 72 hours before arriving at a Vietnamese airport.
To complete the form, visitors need to access the website (available in Russian), enter personal details, visa information, and trip specifics.
Once submitted, a QR code is generated. Travelers must save it on their phone or print it out for presentation at border control.
Uzbekistan Airways has announced that the new requirement applies to all passengers starting with flight HY561 on June 23.
The pre-arrival declaration is intended to reduce waiting times at immigration control and ensure a faster, more convenient entry process in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
