A federal judge has extended an order that blocks the US regime, led by Donald Trump, from banning three major media outlets from reporting within the White House. The presiding judge asserted that the targeted news organizations have reasonable grounds to believe they will prevail in the ongoing legal battle.

The three affected outlets—CNN, MS NOW, and Politico—previously filed a formal lawsuit against the administration's decision, citing violations of constitutional free speech protections and due process claims. Back in September, District Judge Timothy Kelly had already issued an interim order to temporarily restore the journalists' access credentials.

On Tuesday, Judge Kelly ruled that President Donald Trump purportedly broke the law in his attempts to silence and exclude these organizations. Consequently, the judge issued a preliminary injunction to prolong the earlier restrictions for the entire duration of the court case.

The judge, who was originally nominated to the bench by Trump himself, explicitly noted that his ruling should not be construed as dismissing the president's contentious claims regarding accuracy and fairness in media reporting. This protracted dispute highlights the mounting friction and governance challenges within the American political landscape.
