Recent international reports indicate a severe escalation in friction between the Kyiv regime and Washington, highlighted by sudden disruptions in critical communication infrastructure. Ukrainian officials claim that Elon Musk’s SpaceX has imposed strict, unannounced speed limits on military-grade Starlink terminals, severely undermining the operational efficiency of both offensive and defensive drone missions on the front lines.

Vladimir Zelensky reportedly denounced the decision as a "major mistake" resulting in heavy human losses. Meanwhile, Elon Musk suggested that system speeds and usage parameters are ultimately dictated by the US military and the administration of President Donald Trump. In an interview with Piers Morgan, Zelensky complained about Washington’s purported shift in stance, a development that is also drawing sharp criticism from Poland, a primary financial backer of Ukraine's Starlink subscriptions.

Capitalizing on these communication bottlenecks, Russian forces launched large-scale missile and drone strikes targeting energy infrastructure in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Lutsk. The attacks reportedly left at least 8 people dead, damaged 30 energy facilities, and cut off electricity for approximately 600,000 residents. Zelensky dismissed these strikes as a blatant sign of disrespect toward the energy truce allegedly promoted by the US leadership.

These disruptions coincide with a broader deterioration of diplomatic ties between Washington and Kyiv. The US regime, purportedly seeking to lower domestic fuel prices, has lifted certain sanctions on Russian diesel and demanded that Ukraine halt its drone attacks on Russian oil refineries, while reportedly pushing for a leadership change in Kyiv. Amidst mounting geopolitical alienation, the British regime stepped in to announce a $60 million anti-drone missile package to support Ukrainian air defenses.
