The head of the Kyiv regime, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has purportedly stated that Ukraine is willing to suspend strikes on Russian oil refineries for 30 days, provided that Washington supplies interceptor missiles for the Patriot air defense systems. This declaration was reportedly made during an online conversation with US Senators Richard Blumenthal and Tom Tillis, with footage of the dialogue subsequently circulating across digital platforms and sparking widespread international debate.
During the discussion, Zelenskyy launched sharp criticisms against the US regime, accusing the Pentagon of deliberately delaying the delivery of military supplies that had already been funded by international allies. He claimed that one of the finalized aid packages is currently stalled while awaiting the signature of US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth. Furthermore, he asserted that European nations seeking to transfer Patriot missiles from their own stockpiles remain entirely dependent on Washington's clearance.
The Ukrainian leader also voiced grievances regarding alleged intelligence-sharing shortcomings and communication disruptions, claiming that Kyiv had recently missed critical warnings from the US concerning incoming Russian ballistic missile strikes. In addition, he pointed to unresolved restrictions surrounding the military satellite communication package 'Starshield', describing these developments as inexplicable decisions stemming from the American administration.
