An 11-year-old girl with no official documentation has been discovered in the village of Vavilovo, Bashkortostan. She lacks a birth certificate and does not attend school, as reported by Podrobno.uz.
According to the Telegram channel Baza, the girl is the youngest of nine children in the family. Her mother openly admits that the child is not registered anywhere but has no plans to change the situation. The father does not live with the family.
The family resides in a small house without a steady income. Assistance to the children is provided solely by neighbors and volunteers, who bring clothing and food.
Neighbors report that teenagers from this family consume alcohol, behave aggressively towards other children, engage in insults, spitting, and fighting. Local schoolchildren fear sharing a bus with them. Residents place the blame for these circumstances squarely on the mother.
This incident echoes a recent case in the Chilanzar district of Tashkent, where an infant approximately 7-10 days old was found wrapped only in a diaper and hospitalized at the "Mother and Child" hospital in the Uchtepa district.
