Foreigners arriving in Russia often face numerous challenges in their initial weeks, including issues with communication, banking services, documentation, and money transfers. These processes are typically scattered across different institutions, consuming time and effort. T-Bank proposes to address these tasks in a single location, simplifying life for newcomers.

Starting January 1, 2025, under a new law, purchasing a SIM card in Russia requires biometric identification. This process involves obtaining a SNILS, registering on the State Services portal, and submitting biometric data. T-Bank streamlines these steps by allowing clients to complete all documentation and receive a functional SIM card through a home-visit representative. The T-Mobile SIM card offers tariff plans tailored to user needs.

For financial matters, T-Bank offers the Black card, which can be issued even without a Russian SIM card. Card maintenance is free or costs 99 rubles per month, featuring cash withdrawal options without fees and a cashback system (up to 15% in four categories). The bank's app is available in Uzbek or English, with support services operating 24/7.

Transfers to Uzbekistan and other CIS countries can be made from the Black card without commission within monthly limits of 20,000 to 50,000 rubles. Through the app, amounts are automatically converted to local currency, ensuring transparency.

For future planning, T-Bank provides savings accounts with yields up to 11% per annum, allowing deposits and withdrawals at any time. Cashback from the Black card aids in additional savings. Detailed terms are available on the bank's official website.
