️ A preliminary investigation conducted by the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office in the Narpa district has revealed that a group of citizens engaged in illegal gold mining. Citizens D.A., M.A., and others conspired to carry out prospecting activities without proper authorization in the Pakhtachi district.

️ These individuals extracted approximately 5 tons of gold-bearing ore and processed the gold using homemade equipment. This activity contravenes legal mining practices, posing environmental risks and leading to the illicit exploitation of state resources.

️ A criminal case has been initiated under Article 196-2 of the Criminal Code (Illegal Mining by Prospecting Methods). Investigative actions are currently underway, which may uncover broader networks of illegal mining. This incident highlights ongoing challenges in protecting natural resources and enforcing mining regulations in the country.
