Large-scale construction works have commenced in Tashkent, aimed at improving urban infrastructure and raising the living standards of the population. According to a program adopted by the government, the construction of new residential complexes, schools, kindergartens, and medical facilities is planned in several districts of the capital.

According to the city administration, more than 50,000 new apartments will be put into operation by 2025 as part of these projects. Additionally, measures are being taken to expand the road transport network and modernize public transport.

Experts believe that such large construction projects will have a positive impact on the city's economy, create new jobs, and increase the level of housing provision for the population. However, some environmental organizations have expressed concerns about the potential negative impact of construction on the environment.

Authorities, for their part, emphasize that all projects will be implemented in strict compliance with environmental standards. Currently, construction work is actively underway in the Sergeli, Yunusabad, and Mirzo Ulugbek districts of the capital.
