According to the data, 45,200 individuals received subsidies totaling 73.982 billion soums under the "Solar Home" program during Q1. Of this, 45.5 billion soums were paid out in March alone to 44,700 citizens.

In Q1 2025, only 12,746 citizens received 8.147 billion soums in subsidies. Thus, over the year, the number of recipients grew nearly 3.5 times, while the total amount paid increased almost nine-fold.

Regionally, the largest subsidy volume was recorded in Bukhara region — 16.5 billion soums. It was followed by Khorezm region (13.3 billion soums) and Kashkadarya region (9.1 billion soums).

Additionally, 7.6 billion soums were paid in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 5.9 billion soums in Navoi region, and 3.9 billion soums in Samarkand region. Other regions received between 1 billion and 4 billion soums.

Since April 1, 2023, the "Solar Home" program has provided a subsidy of 1,000 soums per kilowatt-hour of solar electricity fed into the unified power system by households.

Subsidies can be withdrawn to a bank card via the "Soliq" mobile app, under the "Cashback and Benefits" service's "Solar Home" section, using the "Transfer money to card" option.
