Tashkent, Uzbekistan – Podrobno.uz. In the first quarter of 2026, over 45,200 citizens of Uzbekistan received state subsidies for electricity generated by solar panels. The total amount of payments reached 73.9 billion soums.

The 'Solar House' program provides compensation for surplus electricity that households feed into the national grid. The largest subsidies were allocated to: Bukhara region – 16.5 billion soums; Khorezm region – 13.3 billion soums; Kashkadarya region – 9.1 billion soums.

Under current regulations, citizens receive 1,000 soums from the state budget for each kilowatt-hour of electricity produced by solar panels and supplied to the grid.

Payments can be accessed via the Soliq mobile app – funds are available for transfer to a bank card in the 'Solar House' section.
