During an open dialogue between Almaliq city mayor Kobila Hamdamov and youth, one participant asked to occupy the mayor's seat for one minute. The event took place in Tashkent region as part of "Youth Day" celebrations.

The schoolboy introduced himself as one of the city's gifted young people and stated, "I have 300 dreams and goals. Can we fulfill one of them right now? Allow me to take your place for a minute and be the mayor."

The mayor granted the request, allowing the student to symbolically assume the leadership position. This incident occurred during discussions on proposals and current issues facing regional youth. The meeting was organized to establish direct communication between city administration and students.
