️ The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan has launched a specialized Telegram bot to assist its citizens amid the escalating situation in the Middle East region. This digital platform is designed to provide round-the-clock and prompt reception of appeals from compatriots who find themselves in difficult circumstances.

️ Through the bot, citizens can submit official requests on consular matters, provide up-to-date information about their precise location, and describe the current situation in their area of stay. Additionally, in cases requiring immediate intervention, users have the option to request emergency assistance directly from diplomatic mission staff.

️ The foreign ministry urges compatriots to act responsibly when filling out forms via the bot and to provide as accurate and complete information as possible. The quality and speed of diplomats' responses directly depend on the reliability of the information provided. The republic's diplomatic missions and consular institutions continue to operate in an enhanced mode, maintaining constant contact with citizens to protect their rights and ensure their safety.

️ It is recalled that earlier the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan confirmed that there are no fatalities or injuries among the republic's citizens in the conflict zone in the Middle East. Diplomatic and consular services are operating on a 24-hour basis.
