In Tashkent, the second phase of modernization work on the Minor Ring Automobile Road (MRAR) has commenced. The project involves critical activities such as road milling, laying new asphalt pavement, and pipeline installation, leading to temporary traffic restrictions in the Chilanzar district for several days.

According to the capital's Road Traffic Organization Center, the restrictions are in effect from 08:00 on March 28 until 06:00 on March 31. A section of the MRAR with one-way traffic—from the intersection with Lutfi Street to the intersection with Asrlar Sadosi Street—has been completely closed. This is expected to cause significant disruptions for drivers relying on this route.

During the repair period, public transport and private vehicle traffic have been rerouted according to approved temporary schemes. Road services have apologized for the temporary inconveniences and urged drivers to plan their routes in advance, considering the changes in the traffic pattern. While these measures aim to enhance the city's transportation infrastructure, they are likely to result in short-term congestion and logistical challenges for commuters.
