Special focus is placed on industry, with 61 projects worth $2.2 billion formulated, expected to create 18,000 jobs; notably, in the Kagan district, production of up to 80,000 electric and hybrid vehicles per year is planned.

In agriculture, the authorities aim to develop an additional 100,000 hectares of land and implement dozens of livestock projects. Tasks have also been set to improve crop yields and conserve water resources.
