By decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan, Jalol Samandarovich Arashov has been appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services. This appointment is seen as part of the ongoing personnel rotation and reforms in the country's construction sector.
Arashov returns to this position, having previously served as Deputy Minister of Construction in 2022-2023. Subsequently, he worked as Deputy Hokim of Bukhara Region for construction, communications, ecology, and landscaping, which broadened his experience at regional and national levels.
His prior career includes heading the Main Construction Department of Tashkent, showcasing his extensive knowledge and practice in the construction industry. The current appointment aims to strengthen his role in the ministry, implemented in response to developments and challenges in construction and utility services in recent years.
