The Hydrometeorological Service of Uzbekistan (Uzhydromet) has announced a sharp change in weather conditions across the country from April 14 to 17. During this period, a moist and cool air mass is expected to move in, leading to widespread precipitation, thunderstorms, and increased wind speeds.

On April 14, rain is forecast for the northwestern regions of Uzbekistan, and from April 15 to 17, most provinces of the republic will experience rainfall, with heavy downpours in some areas. Thunderstorms are possible. In the high-mountain regions of the republic, rain is expected to turn into snow.

In parts of Uzbekistan, wind speeds are predicted to increase to 15-20 m/s, with gusts up to 25-28 m/s in certain districts. On April 14-15, dusty winds may occur in some areas. From April 15 to 17, daytime air temperatures are forecast to gradually decrease to 13-16 degrees Celsius.
