In Uzbekistan, as of March 1, 2026, there are officially 641 enterprises with foreign capital participation operating in the accommodation and food sector. This figure highlights the increasing interest of international investors in the country's tourism and service industries.
According to data from the National Statistics Committee, China is the absolute leader in investments, having established 217 companies. Turkey (110 enterprises) and Russia (67 enterprises) also rank among the top players. Entrepreneurs from South Korea, Pakistan, and neighboring Central Asian countries are actively entering the market.
Previously, it was reported that in January–February of the current year, the volume of services in the accommodation and food sector grew by 114.9%. This growth indicates dynamic development in the sector, though economic shifts and global trends could impact these metrics in the future.
