A criminal case has been initiated in the Chimbay district health department of Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan, following the discovery of violations in the control and storage of potent drugs. Three ampoules of a strong narcotic analgesic went missing due to the negligence of officials.
The violations were uncovered during a pre-investigation check conducted by the district department of the General Prosecutor's Office.
