The administrative building of the State Assets Management Agency, located at 6 Amir Temur Avenue in Tashkent, has been put up for an electronic auction with a starting price of 165.5 billion soums (approximately $13.5 million).
According to information posted on the E-auksion platform, applications will be accepted until 9:00 AM on June 4, with the auction itself starting at 10:00 AM the same day.
To participate in the auction, a deposit of 4.97 billion soums (3% of the starting price) is required. The bid increment is set at 8.28 billion soums (5%).
Notably, the building will not be handed over to the buyer immediately after the sale. It must be vacated within three years, and only then will the new owner gain the right to use it.
The documentation also stipulates that the buyer must preserve the building's purpose in accordance with urban planning regulations — for office and service activities.
