On June 1, on the M39 international highway in the Syrdarya region, a driver of a Cobalt registered in Syrdarya blocked the road and obstructed the free movement of another Cobalt (with Surkhandarya plates).
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the violator under Part 1 of Article 128-10 of the Administrative Code (Road Hooliganism), and the car was impounded. The case has been sent to the Mirzaabad District Court.
Under the law, the driver could face a 1-2 year license suspension and a fine of 25 times the base calculation value.
Earlier, two young people died in Surkhandarya after a race between Damas and Nexia cars.
