The Presidential People's Office has studied the activities of ministries, agencies and local administrations in handling citizens' appeals, the press service of the office reported.
The inspections revealed that 41 state bodies violated the deadlines for reviewing a total of 1,070 complaints. The People's Office sent control letters to the heads of relevant organizations demanding immediate rectification and accountability for those responsible.
According to the analysis, the ranking of state bodies that most frequently violated the deadlines for executing appeals during the reporting period is as follows: [ranking not provided].
Following the identified violations, internal service inspections were conducted in the agencies. As a result, 36 employees were brought to disciplinary responsibility, and another 19 employees were dismissed from their positions.
In addition, documents related to 13 ministries and agencies that violated the deadlines for reviewing nearly 600 appeals and failed to eliminate shortcomings were submitted to the Prosecutor General's Office for legal assessment.
It is worth recalling that on April 1, the president signed a decree aimed at improving the efficiency of state bodies' interaction with the population. The People's Office can issue instructions to state bodies, request information from them, and send materials to the prosecutor's office if requirements are not met.
