Tashkent, Uzbekistan – Podrobno.uz. In Angren, officers of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement discovered a Spark car that had been on the wanted list for a long time. The vehicle had hundreds of violations and a large amount of unpaid fines.
Details were provided by Farrukh Toshpulatov, head of the press service of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement of Uzbekistan. It turned out that the driver of this Spark committed 344 traffic violations. The total amount of fines exceeded 175 million soums.
Many fines were not paid, so the case was transferred to enforcement proceedings. However, the car itself could not be found for a long time. The vehicle was located by employees of the search department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement of the Tashkent region. The car was in Angren.
Now the process of debt collection will begin. The car is planned to be put up for auction. The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement reminded that timely payment of fines and compliance with traffic rules are important not only from a legal standpoint but also for the safety of drivers and the preservation of their property.
This is not the first case of large debt due to systematic traffic violations. Earlier, a Lacetti with 376 violations and debts of over 330 million soums was found in Namangan. The car was also on the wanted list for a long time, but after discovery it turned out to be almost unfit for use.
