President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev sent a congratulatory message to President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping on the occasion of his birthday.

The message highlights Xi Jinping as an outstanding political figure of China and the Communist Party of China, who, with boundless love for his homeland and people, a high sense of responsibility, and strategic foresight, leads the country to new heights.

"Under your wise leadership, China's modernization continues steadily, and your policy aimed at the great rejuvenation and elevation of the nation is inscribed as a bright page in your country's history," the letter reads.

Special attention is paid to the high dynamics of relations between Uzbekistan and China. It is noted with great satisfaction that in recent years, the relations of friendship, mutual trust, and all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries have been strengthening year by year.

"In the large-scale reforms we are carrying out in New Uzbekistan, we deeply feel the constant assistance and support of the People's Republic of China and you personally," the letter states.

It is noted that over the past years, mutually beneficial and multi-level cooperation mechanisms have been formed in all key areas, and significant practical results have been achieved within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed confidence that through joint efforts and full implementation of all agreements reached during the highest-level meetings, cooperation between Uzbekistan and China will be elevated to a qualitatively new stage.

In conclusion, the head of state wished Xi Jinping good health, family happiness, great success in his responsible state activities, and peace and prosperity to the friendly Chinese people.
