The Tashkent International Investment Forum was attended by over 10,600 people, including more than 4,000 foreign guests and investors from 102 countries.

According to organizers, the forum features German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Albanian President Bajram Begaj. Also present are heads of government from Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.

Participants include representatives from the EBRD, New Development Bank, World Bank, IFC, ADB, AIIB, and European Investment Bank. Delegations from leading foreign banks, multinational corporations, and international organizations are also in attendance.

Speaking at the opening, the President of Uzbekistan urged foreign investors to actively invest in the development of the country's regions. He emphasized that local governors (khokims) would assist them in these processes.
