According to the Statistics Agency, as of April 1, 2026, Uzbekistan registered 4.9 million motor vehicles owned by individuals.
This figure increased by 344,600 units compared to the same period last year. As a result, the total number of personal vehicles in the country is nearing the significant milestone of 5 million.
In the structure of motor vehicles, the vast majority are passenger cars, accounting for 92.8% of the total vehicle fleet. According to statistical data, the number of passenger cars owned by the population reached 4,552,300 units.
Additionally, 330,300 trucks, 7,500 minibuses, 7,200 special vehicles, and 5,800 buses were registered as owned by individuals.
