Starting July 1, 2026, Uzbekistan will implement new regulations aimed at ensuring a unified approach to recruiting young people into civil service.

According to the Legal Information Portal, interview questions for competitive selection must be published on the official website of the relevant state body at least one month before the interview. The use of questions not published within the established timeframe is prohibited.

Additionally, a list of positions for which internal competitions are not held will be approved, as well as positions that do not require general or special work experience for appointment.

For positions where experience requirements remain, the duration of required experience cannot exceed two years of general or special work experience.
