A 31-year-old man identified as D.N. has been sentenced to five days of administrative arrest for sexual harassment, according to a ruling by the Yakkasaroy District Criminal Court, as reported by UzNews.uz.

The incident occurred around 11:00 AM in an underground passage near a residential building. The man blocked the path of an unfamiliar woman, removed his pants, and began pursuing her.

During the court hearing, D.N. admitted his guilt and stated that he would not repeat such behavior.

The court found him guilty under Part 1 of Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of Uzbekistan (Sexual Harassment) and sentenced him to five days of administrative arrest.
