Tashkent, Uzbekistan – Podrobno.uz. From July 13 to 17, Uzbekistan is expected to experience a sharp temperature rise due to the influx of very hot air from the south. In some regions, thermometers may climb to 46 degrees Celsius.

This was urgently reported by the Director of Uzgidromet, Sherzodkhuja Khabibullakhuja. According to him, on the hottest days, air temperatures across most of Uzbekistan will reach 41-43°C. In the north, south, and desert areas, temperatures are expected to hit 44-46°C.

Additionally, wind speeds may increase in some parts of the country, reaching 13-18 meters per second, with possible dust storms in certain areas.

Residents are advised to take precautions during the abnormal heat, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, drink plenty of water, and pay special attention to the well-being of children, the elderly, and those with chronic illnesses.
