From August 1, 2026 to August 31, 2030, fish farming enterprises will receive a package of benefits and subsidies, including partial interest rate compensation for solar panel loans, up to 25% of installation costs, one-time subsidies for aerators, compensation of up to 50% of imported broodstock costs, and support for recirculating aquaculture systems up to 5 billion soums.
Civil courts will introduce specialization in labor disputes, with new applications automatically distributed to judges handling such cases.
