A case against 26-year-old Sh.Kh., accused of sexual harassment, was heard in the Uchtepa District Criminal Court, according to a UzNews.uz correspondent citing the court decision.

According to case materials, at the time of the incident, Sh.Kh. worked as a general practitioner at the "C.C." dental clinic located in the Uchtepa district. The man allegedly harassed a 17-year-old female patient who came for treatment.

During the trial, Sh.Kh. pleaded guilty, expressed remorse, and stated that such behavior would not recur, asking the court to mitigate his punishment.

The court found him guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 41-1 of the Administrative Code of Uzbekistan (Sexual Harassment). He was sentenced to 3 days of administrative arrest.
