According to an agreement between the clubs, 22-year-old footballer Abubakir Urozov has moved from Samarkand's Dinamo to Rubin Kazan on loan until the end of 2026, with an option for a permanent transfer. He will wear the number 13 jersey for the Kazan team.

Born in the Jizzakh region, Urozov plays as a central defender and stands 190 cm tall. During his time at Dinamo, he made 55 official appearances, scoring one goal and providing two assists.

The central defender's contract with Samarkand's Dinamo runs until the end of 2027. The loan deal will allow him to gain valuable playing experience in the Russian Premier League.

Urozov has earned six caps for the Uzbekistan national team, scoring one goal. This summer, he participated in the 2026 World Cup, playing against Colombia and DR Congo.
