A fire broke out in a multi-story residential building in the Almazar district of Tashkent late at night. According to the capital's Emergency Situations Department, the fire started in the electrical panel of the sixth entrance of a building on Usta Shirin Street.
The report of the fire was received at 02:19, and by 02:25 fire and rescue units had arrived at the scene. The fire was fully extinguished by 03:58.
As a result, the fire damaged about 60 linear meters of electrical cables in the sixth entrance. During the extinguishing, rescuers evacuated residents to a safe place.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, there were no casualties. Currently, specialists are determining the cause of the fire and the extent of material damage.
